Brian Shegog, LVN, Named Director of Business Development at Haven of Frisco

Brian Shegog Director of Business Development Haven Behavioral Hospital of Frisco is pleased to announce the addition of Brian Shegog, LVN, as Director of Business Development. Shegog received his vocational nursing degree from Concorde Career Institute and is currently enrolled at Excelsior College School of Nursing pursuing a Registered Nurse degree.

Shegog previously worked in various roles at Sundance Hospital, most recently as the System Director of Business Development. In this role, he developed a strategic marketing plan for the opening of a new 116-bed facility, performed ongoing market research to determine market need and managed a sales team. Prior roles include Director of Business Development where he managed recruitment, hiring and staff development as well as strategic business development; as Community Liaison, Shegog identified the mental health needs of the community and developed and maintained relationships with referral sources. His clinical experience while at Sundance includes being a member of the mobile assessment team and chairman of the Peer Review committee.

Prior to Sundance, Shegog provided patient care for No Place Like Home where he communicated with patients’ families and administered medications. At Millwood Hospital, he conducted an educational medication campaign and promoted patient safety.
